Welcome! We are a group of people who share a love for Louis Theroux and his award-winning documentaries. As a group, we will be watching one documentary each week, along with a monthly activity based around Theroux!
Your £3 will allow us to provide food and snacks for when watching documentaries and the equipment needed for the activities.
You don't have to come to every meeting especially if the documentary being watched has a sensitive subject or has triggers for you.
Where do you meet?
Tuesdays – 5 pm – 7 pm
Documentaries will start at some time between 5:30-6 dependent on the length of the documentary, so don’t worry if you can’t arrive exactly on time!
Also please check on BCUSU’s What’s On page to check if meetings are still going ahead and to see if the documentary has any potential trigger warnings.
What are the activities?
These meeting will occur roughly at the end of each month, they range from craft to quizzes to make some of our meetings more interactive. The activities are members-only events due to us having to get any resources that may be needed for the activity.
Can I come to see if I like it?
Of course! Everyone is allowed to come to ONE meeting (excluding activities) free of charge after we do ask if you could pay the £3 membership to help us pay for snacks and the activity meetings.
You can join the society at any time in the academic year, and all annual memberships will expire on 31st August.
