We're looking for a knowledgeable HR Advisor to join BCUSU. This vacancy will make significant impact to our organisation, in a newly restructured team with a new strategy launching before the end of the year.

Principle purpose of job:

• In conjunction with the other HR Advisor, deliver an efficient & effective people function for BCUSU, with joint responsibility for all People & Culture processes and procedures.  

• Identify and deliver continuous development of People & Culture systems and processes to improve the overall experience of BCUSU staff (core & casual)

• Provide training, guidance and advice to all BCUSU staff on implementing People & Culture polices and processes. elivery of agile managed projects to increase student participation in engagement activities

35 hours per week

Salary

£29,991 - £34,383 dependent on experience.

Location and times of work

City Centre and City South sites with the expectation to work anywhere across BCU campuses as required
