The role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive person to join our core staff team at Eagle & Ball, as a Bar Supervisor.

This individual will need to demonstrate that they are an experienced and reliable supervisor when providing assistance to Eagle & Ball's management team to ensure successful and smooth operation of the pub. The Bar and Catering services at Eagle & Ball are an essential part of the student experience and we are committed to providing the best experience and service to our customers. 

Salary

£23,104 - £25,252

Hours

35 hours. Our pub is closed to the public on weekends but maybe open for private bookings.

Successful applicants will have supervisor experience in a bar environment and be committed to working as part of the team. The position will focus on front of house/bar services, supporting the Pub Manager and include the training and supervising of student staff.
