Details

We are looking for a Reception Support Administrator to join our team, based at our City Centre & City South Campuses. The Reception Support Administrator is responsible for providing an excellent front of house service to all users but also supporting our new Activities & Representation Team.

The reception is often the first face to face point of engagement with students so it’s essential that the service is of excellent quality, the role will also answer enquiries from our Society leaders and Student Representatives working closely with and on behalf of the Activities & Representation Team.

Our preferred candidate will have experience in customer-facing settings, excellent administrative skills (such as answering emails and logging calls on a CRM system), and top-notch communication skills. You will need to be a team player, able to build relationships with service users and our Society leaders and Student Representatives as well as being reliable and self-motivated.

Principle purpose of job:

  • Provide a comprehensive front of house reception service to all users of the Students' Union
  • Administration support for the Activities & Representation Team
  • Support Society Leaders and Student Representatives
