Be the first person everyone meets in this front-of-house role when students visit BCUSU and The Point. We aim to put a lot of emphasis on personalising the experience for BCU students so we are looking for someone who is at their best when being part of a team as well as an individual who is confident in running a reception area on their own.  You need to be passionate about delivering excellent guest service through high-quality front facing customer service work. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the reception duties are performed effectively and to the required standard, meeting the BCUSU objectives.

Principle purpose of job:

• To provide a front of house service for BCUSU
• Administrative support of the front of house service
• Delivery of excellent customer service to all users of the Students’ Union reception desk
