A great opportunity has arisen for someone with a good level of catering experience, kitchen knowledge and bags of enthusiasm, to join the Eagle & Ball Pub team which is operated by Birmingham City University Students’ Union.

This recently refurbished Victorian Pub is situated in the heart of the City Centre Campus and is open to both Students and members of the public. We aim to offer a fabulous customer experience through our extensive range of beers, quality events and excellent food. We need a Kitchen Manager who can develop the existing menu and continually offer variety. The successful applicant needs to effectively manage the small team to drive consistency and compliance throughout the whole operation.

A permanent, 35 hour a week contract with 32 days holiday awaits the successful applicant.
