Why do you want to run for this position?

I’m passionate about improving students’ learning experiences. As VP Education, I’ll amplify your voices, enhance academic quality, and align policies with BCU’s three pillar strategy: Developing Talent, Creating Knowledge, and Powering Prosperity.



What would your priorities be if you were elected?

Improve academic support through resources, study workshops, and guidance for success. Host workshops to help students improve networking and social skills. Ensure courses reflect student feedback, meet expectations, and align with career goals.



What skills and experience do you have that would make you a good Officer?

As Lead Rep for the Business Faculty, Peer Navigator, and Graduate+ member, I’ve supported students, resolved concerns, and worked with academics. My leadership, communication skills, and commitment to student success make me ideal for VP Education

  • Successfully organised and delivered an AI in Education Workshop with external AI expert Amina, providing students with guidance on ethical and effective AI use. 
  • Delivered Pomodoro Study Sessions in collaboration with the Library to support student productivity and revision.

Planning an Assessment & Exam Support Week (post-Easter), in collaboration with the Academic Skills team, focusing on: ​
