Are you passionate about overall well being, having fun and making a positive meaningful impact in your life and those around you? Or maybe you just decided to give yoga a go?
Well, you’re in the right place! BCU Yoga Society is a group of students dedicated to making your student life easier through the practice of yoga. Put simply, we want you to be healthier, happier, more present and ready to face the uni life challenges with a positive attitude!
It doesn't matter who you are or where you come from, there is something on the mat for everyone. There is no need to be flexible, able to touch your toes, be a certain size, gender or age. Simply come with an open mind and a smile on your face!
We currently meet and practice together every Monday from 5:00 PM in the Seacole Building and every Tuesday from 6:00 PM in the Curzon Building, under the guidance of Antonia, our qualified yoga instructor.
Our time together, however, doesn’t really end there! We are an active community, keeping in touch through our member's group on Facebook and meeting monthly for socials and great fun together.

Our annual membership provides you with:
