BCU Yoga Society is dedicated to making your life easier through the practice of yoga. Put simply, we want you to be healthier, happier, more present and ready to face life's challenges with a positive attitude.
It doesn't matter who you are or where you come from, there is something on the mat for everyone. There is no need to be flexible, able to touch your toes, be a certain size, gender or age. Simply come with an open mind and a smile on your face!
We are an active community, keeping in touch through our member's group on Facebook and meeting for socials and fun together.
We practice every Tuesday at 5pm on the City South Campus SCT024 and Wednesday at 6pm in room C087 in the Curzon building. Hope to see you there!
