BCU Student Minds is a student-led peer support group that offers a six-weeks Positive Minds course for students experiencing low mood, finding it hard to cope with university life, feeling homesick or just looking for a place to share their general worries.

Our support groups are a safe, confidential place that allows students to talk and listen without judgement. All groups are run by student volunteers, two of which will be present at each session. All volunteers are recruited and trained by Student Minds to ensure that they understand how to run a group session safely.
