About us:
In Pole Fitness we welcome complete beginners to experienced pole dancers. Pole Fitness is a great way to make new friends with different poeple across all courses and years, as well as building up skills and confidence all while having fun!
Throughout the year, we offer taster sessions where you can find out if Pole Fitness is something for you. Whether it's your first time or you have experience in the world of pole, you will be taught by a UK Pole Sport champion!
Sessions:
Pole Fitness sessions take place every Wednesday evening in the Curzon Building. Room number and session times are still awaiting confirmation so make sure you follow our instagram @bcupolefitness to have the most up-to-date information. Sessions will always start with a warm-up, your attended for this is essential in order for you to take part. All abilities can take part in any session as our Pole Fitness instructor will tailor each move to many different level of skills, so you will always be challenging yourself and improving no matter what!
Membership:
You can join the Pole Fitness society at any point in the academic year, however all annual memberships will expire on 31st August. The Pole Fitness membership is £65. Additionally, you will be required to fill out a medical questionnaire form available on our website before attending your first session.
