Welcome to BCU Yoga!

We meet each week to practice under the guidance of our lovely teacher Emily Brindley. Our session normally involves moving between a series of postures (asanas) that stretch and strengthen the body. We also practice meditation and relaxation. Emily always makes our sessions fun and caters for all of the members who attend so it doesn't matter if you're completely new to yoga or have been practicing for years.

Practing Yoga offers an endless list of benefits but here are just a few to show you why we think you should join:

Please come and give it a go! We meet each Monday evening at C457 in the Curzon building. The session starts at 6.30pm but please arrive early if possible so we can make the most of our hour with Emily and to meet/chat with other yogis. We have the room 6-8pm.
