About Witchcraft Society

Our Witchcraft society is a friendly, all-inclusive society. It doesn’t matter if you have been practicing for years or are just wanting to dip your toes into the spiritual world. We keep open minds and open hearts always. We want to create a space of happiness, learning, teaching and where we can all evolve as individuals within our own styles of witchcraft.

We also work to empower ourselves and others. Making it known that ‘witch’ is not a dirty word, nor something to be ashamed or embarrassed about. We are for expression, against oppression always. We know University can be very stressful. We, as a society, are devoted to maintaining a relaxed, stress and judgement free environment for all to enjoy.

  • Regular meetings every Tuesday at 5 to 7 in room C190 at the Curzon building
  • The standard membership fee of £3 goes towards the running of the society, purchasing any of the equipment we might require, any possible travel costs, and the long-term development of the society.
  • New members are always welcome, you can purchase your membership at any point during the year!
  • All ages and genders are welcome.

Please make sure you follow our Instagram page @bcuwitchcraft, as this is where we post our updates and important information!

Our Goals for This Academic Year:

  • To gain 25 members by the end of the year.
  • To organise two group trips.
