The role...
As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising all aspects of the outlet when on shift
- Delivering an exceptional product and an excellent customer service
- Assisting, training, instructing and supporting casual student staff
This individual will need to demonstrate that they are an experienced and reliable supervisor when providing assistance to Eagle & Ball's management team to ensure successful and smooth operation of the pub. The Bar and Catering services at Eagle & Ball are an essential part of the student experience and we are committed to providing the best experience and service to our customers.

Job type
Fixed term, full time contract for 12 months, with possibility of becoming permanent.
Salary
£23,104 - £25,252
Hours
35 hours per week.
Eagle & Ball is open weekdays 12pm - 11pm and is currently closed on weekends but may require coverage of shifts for weekend private hire bookings.
Our pub is also closed on bank holidays and study breaks during Winter, Easter and Summer.
