Halloween Special Pole Class!

for our shapes and poses class at 5:00-6:00: Come along with us as we explore different spooky shapes and poses. Fancy Dress is encuraged. Please ensure that you can still grip to the pole in your outfit though please.

for our Slinky flow classes at 6:00-7:00, 7:00-8:00 and 8:00 - 9:00: Come along with us as we learn a spooky slinky piece of choreo. Fancy Dress is encuraged. It is reccomended that you wear leggings or long socks for this class. Plus bring any knee pads and stripper heels you have.

If you have any issues, disabilities, or worries that may affect your participation in class please contact us ASAP to let us know. Do bring water with you, and if you have any liquid chalk please bring that as well. Please do not moisturize, wear sunscreen, or fake tan within at least 24 hours of class.
