Take some time out of your busy schedule to come and talk. Mindfulness exercises and resources available.

We have teamed up with graduate plus to offer 3 amazing work shops based around mental health and wellbeing.

Currently 1 in 5 students experience difficulties with there mental health and our aim is to make sure students are not alone. 

We welcome all students, from all walks of life, from every faculty.
