Get Ready to Feel Good at Feel Good Fest, drop in or attend the whole day...

Join us for a day of workshops, activities and drop-ins to help you settle in to university life. Our first Feel Good Fest session will not only brighten your day, it'll also give you the chance to connect with other BCU student in an atmosphere of positivity and wellbeing.

What's happening?

Aquarius - drug and alcohol drop-in: Informative and supportive drop-in sessions where you can learn and discuss topics related to drug and alcohol awareness (10am-4pm)

Birmingham Botanical Gardens drop-in: Come chat with Botanical Gardens staff and book your next visit, they have a diverse collection of old trees and bonsai plants. They'll bring display of little plants as well as a bonsai wishing tree. 

Pot painting and seed planting: Nurture your green thumb with this delightful pot painting and seed planting activity (10-4pm)

Fidget toy and friendship bracelet making: Get your creative juices flowing as you craft fidget toys and friendship bracelets - perfect for relaxation and bonding (10am-4pm)

Therapy dogs: Come and spend time petting our furry friends (Maisie, Stanley and Magnus) to bring you instant joy and relaxation (10am-4pm)

Financial wellness: "Donut worry about it" - join our Money Tips session hosted by our Activities & Representation Team and Advice Team. Win a free donut when you receive a money tip! (10am-4pm)

Massage and Reiki treatments: Experience the rejuvenating power of massage and the healing touch of Reiki (1pm-2pm)

Stress and anxiety drop-in workshops: Learn valuable techniques to manage stress and anxiety, and craft your own essential oils cream for relaxation (2pm-3pm)

Aromatherapy Rollerball Workshop: Discover the soothing benefits of aromatherapy and create your own personalised rollerball oil blend for stress relief (3pm-4pm)
