BCU Campus Security are here to help our campuses be as safe as possible
Friday 20 January 2023 10am - noon Seacole Atrium, City South Campus

Join campus Campus Security at their stalls, here's a little bit of what they'll talk about:

  • Stick with your mates and avoid walking or travelling alone.
  • Be aware of your surroundings and those around you. Look confident.
  • Remain on well-lit main roads
  • Sit on the lower deck of the bus near the driver or the guard if on the train.
  • Be discreet when using your phone or e-devices in public.
  • If you need cash, use the ATM inside the building and go during the day. Only withdraw and carry the minimum you require.
  • If the worst happens, stay calm and get to a place of safety where there are other people. Ask someone to dial 999.
