My Top 3 Goals
There is power in transparency, unity, and diversity, as it enables individuals to bring their creativity, knowledge, and experience to the benefits of all. Therefore, as a Vice President of Equality and Inclusion, my goals are to raise awareness regarding the barriers and the formulation of policies, methods, and solutions in dealing with equality of persons from all walks of life. Secondly, I will present and facilitate the interest of all BCU students and foster effective interaction and collaboration with the BCUSU staff and the teaching community at large. Finally, I will gather informative feedback from students and provide alternative solutions for dealing with equality and inclusion concerns.
My Experience
I have worked with different companies, operating in various capacities for several years within the construction industry. In my previous role, I was responsible for managing the day-to-day operations on sites, resolving conflicts while meeting project timeline as well as ensuring client satisfaction with project deliverables. Due to this, I have works with different people from different backgrounds and experience and truly understands the value of equality and inclusion and what it brings to an organisation. I have an excellent track record and possess excellent skills in project planning, problem resolution, critical analysis, reporting, and quality management. I have a strong background in leading teams with a track record of high client satisfaction and project success.
Why People Should Vote for Me
The main motive behind me asking for your vote is that I believe in freedom and know the value it presents for all parties and respect for all persons. Freedom is a key fundamental human right which everyone is entitled to. Freedom is good and we should all have FREEDOM. As humans, we all deserve equal rights, and I believe that we should all have the same rights. As a VP Equity and Inclusion, I would work towards making it so that every BCU student have equal right and freedom to live and study.
