Rep Hoodies
All our Reps are entitled to a FREE hoodie!
If you are a Course Rep, all you need to do is complete the order form.
Then pop over to your selected SU Reception once you've recieved a collection email.
You can only complete the order form once, so if you are unable to make an order through the form, check for a collection email or speak to us at activitiesandrepresentation@bcu.ac.uk.
If you're a Lead or PGR Rep, the ART Team will reach out to you about ordering you a hoodie during your training!
Rep Lanyards and Pin Badges
Once you’ve attended a training session, you’ll receive your Rep pin and lanyard ready to use with your Student ID card.
If you attended an online session, we’ll have asked you to complete a short form and recieved an email giving you instructions on where to collect these.
If you need a replacement, please email activitiesandrepresentation@bcu.ac.uk and we can arrange one for you.
Digital Rep Badge
You have access to a digital version of your Rep badge that you can use in your email signature.

Rep Superstars Merch
If you're working toward your Bronze or Silver Student Rep Superstars award, you'll recieve a Rep branded tote bag or water bottle!
Help from Staff
Staff members in your School and Department have access to special resources giving them tips and advice on how to help make sure your classmates know who you are.
Be sure to ask them about:
- Posting about you on Moodle
- Giving you dedicated time in lectures and seminars to talk about your work as a Rep
- Sending emails using distribution lists telling students who you are, and how to contact you
- Using the BCUxBCUSU poster and slide templates to promote you
