Booking a room or stall
To book a room or atrium stall on campus you should use the form linked below.
Please note - the Activities and Representation team have access to book certain rooms in the Curzon Building directly:
- Ground Floor: C087
- Second Floor: C283, C284
- Third Floor: C381, C382, C383, C384, C385, C386, C387, C388, C389
- Fourth Floor: C455/57, C463
between the following times:
- Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday: 4pm - 8pm
- Wednesday: 1pm - 8pm
Other rooms (including specialist spaces) or different time slots (including weekend bookings) will need approval from the University. Large bookings or bookings at weekends will almost definitely incur extra costs for security and cleaning.
Submitting this form makes a request for space. Your space is not booked until your coordinator confirms with you.

Booking the Student Hub
You can use the form below to book space in the BCUSU Student Hub (C190) for your society.
The form will show available dates and times and you can book in one hour slots. Once you've completed the booking you will receive a confirmation email when your request has been processed.
Please note, the Student Hub is only suitable for meetings or presentations for small groups of people.
The maximum capacity of the room is 12 people.
Booking external spaces
BCU has a small number of large spaces which can be used by societies. These won't always be suitable for your events - especially for certain active and performance groups.
You are welcome to use external venues for your activities, however these would be agreed with your coordinator and have suitable risk assessments in place.
Where the external venue comes at a cost, you should liaise with your coordinator to ensure you have funds available to you.
