AmplifyMe Trading Simulation Event (Day 1)

AmplifyMe is a simulated live trading platform, you first learn about the manual processes involved in market making and hedge fund trading, python and their jupyter platform.

AmplifyMe Trading Simulation Event (Day 1)

 1) Adjust prices on the electronic quote board to reflect axe at any time
 2) Hedge equity risk exposure through a highly liquid exchange traded ETF (Intern Event)
 3) Execute trades through electronic quote board or through chat window for larger block trade requests. 

You are also taken through the core functions of Python and how it can be used in the financial industry. This includes understanding variables, data types and loops before moving to data structures and conditional statements. 

You will work on an individual basis to log into their own Jupyter platform to automate the process of a market maker and hedge fund. The platform has different levels of difficulty to allow candidates to progress at their own speed.

These sessions are designed to have the maximum impact on your employability in the global investment world.
