FREE 45 minute pole classes on campus, giving you time to speak to the committe and coach, pole fitness is an inclusive community and welcomes everybody NO experience is needed!
What do I wear?
The best grip on the pole is made easy with more skin showing, so wear things like loose or tight shorts, sports bras and crop tops etc. Wearing long sleeve tops or leggings may mean that you're not able to do some of the moves. But most importantly wear what you feel comfortable in!
How do I prep for class?
No applying moisturiser, fake tan or suncreen 24 hours before class, as this will make the poles slippery and unsafe for you and others who will be using them.
Bring water to stay hydrated and any grips if you have them. ( Will be provieded if not)
There is a crucial warm up 5 minutes before each class begins so please ensure that you arrive 5 minutes early to your class.
