This study group session has been organised by Chiamaka Ogbuefi, VP Education [pictured right], with BCU's Library and BASE team.

What is the Pomodoro technique?

The Pomodoro study technique breaks work into 25-minute sessions, or 'pomodoros', followed by five-minute breaks to improve focus and productivity. This structured approach is great for people with ADHD, or anyone who struggles to focus.

Why attend?📚
  • Learn a focused study technique
  • Snack break
  • Opportunity to ask questions or get support with your academic work

Practice this study routine you can use at home, with staff on hand to help when you need it.
