Need a study break? Recharge your mind and body by joining our free yoga session on campus.

This session is could help you manage stress and improve concentration over the assessment period. This practice will be perfect for beginners, but experienced yogis are welcome too. 

This event is hosted by Harshal Srivastava, Vice President Opportunities & Community

Details:

  • Yoga session will aim to be from 3:30pm-4:30pm

  • Please arrive 5 minutes before the start time & turn all devices to silent to avoid disrupting others

  • Refreshments will be available after the session 

  • Mats are provided

  • Wear active wear or loose clothing

C087 is the lecture theatre located on Curzon building ground floor. Enter through the barriers, with your ID card, and find C087 on the left.
