BCU Event: Nai Barghouti

Award-winning singer, composer and flautist, Nai Barghouti is one of the most distinguished vocalists of a new generation of Palestinian and Arab artists.
Tuesday 18 February 2025 7pm - 10pm Bradshaw Hall, RBC, City Centre Campus

Students can grab discounted tickets at checkout.

With a layered ornamental technique, in which she uses her voice as a musical instrument, Nai brings a genre-defying link between Jazz and Arabic music.

Along with her Amsterdam-based quartet, she’s renowned for her stunning rearrangements of iconic pieces from Umm Kulthum to Fairuz, as well as original work well rooted in Arabic maqams, Jazz and classical western music.
