Online Yoga Session

Join us and relax your body and mind with a session suitable for everyone, taught by our experienced instructor.

Friday 27 November 2020 6:30pm - 7:30pm Online

It doesn't matter who you are or where you come from, there is something on the mat for everyone!

We're all hoping for a less stressful time at Christmas and your Students' Union, working with the Yoga Society, are providing a series of sessions that anyone is free to join in with.

Join our expert teacher, Antonia, who will lead a one hour class on Zoom that you can join in with from home. There is no need to be super flexible or be able to touch your toes and sessions are open to any size, gender or age.

All we ask is that you come with an open mind and a smile on your face!
