Mental Health

The Advice Team is a professional service always here to help you resolve your problems.

University Support

Your mental wellbeing is important and the University has Mental Health Advisers and a Counselling Service to help.

To enquire about support, please complete the Pre-Mental Health and Wellbeing Form. This will help to allocate you to an appropriate adviser. You can also contact them on 0121 331 5188.

Students are also able to access the Big White Wall, a digital mental health support service which is available online, 24/7, and is completely anonymous so you can express yourself freely and openly.

Crisis Situations

If you are a student experiencing a mental health crisis or are a parent, friend or member of staff concerned about a student information about what to do can be found here
