There are so few allergy friendly/special diet foods available. There are very few gluten free options, as well as vegan options. I can see some other students have mentioned having more ethnic foods available, I think it could be good to have some overlap of all three food types. Ethiopian food for example is straightforward to produce and can be vegan, gluten free, halal and ethnic! I'm sure there's many other cuisines out there which can support the requirements, but it could be a good place to start with introducing more foods that are allergy friendly, or at the very least have more of them available. There's been many times when I've had to go without lunch due to there being no gluten free food (hot or cold) available for me to eat.
