Membership Costs: The Badminton Club is £10 to join, and you must have a BUCS Sports Card (£65) to join. If you don't already have a BUCS Sports Card you will be able to add this to your basket when you checkout.

Badminton welcomes players of all levels to come along and play badminton in a fun and friendly environment, whether you're new to the sport or an experienced player.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to meet new people from across the university. The Badminton team also hosts and participates in different social activities through out the year, which is a great way to get to know even more people. So grab a racket, join in the fun and make new friends!

What BCU Badminton has to offer you:
 
  -  Training from a professional badminton coach. 
   -  The opportunity to become part of the BCU Badminton Team and play against other Universities.
   -  Wide range of social sessions for all abilities and social activities from bowling to nights out with the rest of Team BCU.

Getting there:
You can travel by train to Perry Barr station or bus number 33, 51 from outside Hotel Le Tour.
Trains will also leave from Birmingham New Street Station to Perry Barr.

Matches:
Wednesday afternoons for both Men's and Women’s teams. Fixtures will be announced regularly.

Badminton Committee Elections 2019/20

If you would like to help run the Sports Club for the next academic year, you can put yourself forward as a candidate during the Nominations Period. When the polls open, all members will be able to vote for their preferred candidates. If you are successfully elected onto the committee then you will be invited along to our TeamBCU Training event on Weds 15th May.
