This society will be a space where students can learn about important social issues, have meaningful discussions, hear from people working in a wide range of fields, and most importantly, take action and make a change.
Throughout the year, we'll host debates, guest speaker events, 'Know your rights' workships, current affairs discussions, awareness campaigns, volunteering opportunities and community projects. We'll also work with charities, lawyers, academics and other student led societies to explore real-word issues and create meaningful opportunities for students to get involved.
You don't need to study Law or have any previous activism experience.
If your passionate about Human Rights, interested in current affairs, want to develop your advocacy skills, or simply want to make a difference. Our doors are open and you are welcome.
