Many students struggle with effectively using Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, which are essential for academic success. By introducing monthly Microsoft Support Sessions, students will receive hands-on guidance to build confidence and improve productivity in their coursework. To encourage active participation, these sessions could count toward student attendance or engagement records. This initiative will not only enhance digital literacy but also reduce academic stress, empower students to complete assignments more efficiently, and prepare them with vital workplace skills.

Hii Aansker, thank you so much for submitting your idea. The university already provides support for this. You can find out more about it here: https://icity.bcu.ac.uk/IT/Students/IT-Training
