When to Start Looking for Accommodation
In Birmingham, there are plenty of properties to choose from.
Although there is no need to rush, students tend to start looking for next year’s accommodation quite early in the year.
It's important that you take time to get to know your friends before you decide you want to live with them. Once you have signed a tenancy agreement for a property it's not easy to cancel it if you change your mind later in the year.
Each year we release property adverts on 1st November for the next academic year and we have an informative Housing Week in November.
