• Please make sure to book on so we have the correct numbers 
• Please ensure that you do not wash your hair, apply fake tan, sunscreen or moisturiser 24hrs before youre session and remove all jewellery (this will make it harder for you to pole, while also ruining our poles) 
• Please wear shorts and a t-shirt/sports bra, the more skin to grip to the pole the easier it will be for you
• Make sure to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated! 
• Please arrive 5 minutes before your session as there is an essential warm up at the start of class.

After your session come meet the committee and members upstairs at the Eagle and Ball for a mixer
