The session will start with a safety briefing, followed by time to change, take part in activities and shower after. 

What should you bring? 

• Shower Gel
• Towel
• Swimwear to wear under a wetsuit that will be provided
• Swim shoes (some will be provided if you do not have any)
• Spare socks to wear under your swim shoes
• Snacks
• Any medication required

Tea, coffee and water is provided.☕
