Rep Council

Join your fellow Course, Lead, and PGR Reps to chat about what's going on!
Monday 23 February 2026 12:01am - 11:59pm TBC

Rep Councils are your chance to join your fellow Course, Lead, and PGR Reps to chat to your VP Student Voice, VP Education, and the Activities and Representation Team about what matters to you and the students on your course!

You can join us in-person or on Teams, just make sure you sign up by grabbing a ticket!

✨Coming along to a Rep Council counts toward your Student Rep Superstars Award!✨

What happens at a Rep Council?

  • Welcome from your VP Student Voice

  • The ART Team note attendance and any apologies for absences

  • Reps at the meeting approve the minutes of that last meeting

  • We go through any updates to actions raised at the last meeting

  • The ART Team give any operational updates (things like changes to meetings, submitting feedback, and signposting support)

  • VP Student Voice and VP Education give you updates on what they're working on

  • Any topics for discussion are raised, like new policies or events, and votes are taken if required

  • Reps are welcome to raise any questions, suggestions, or announcements
