Join us for our NEW Pilates Sessions! With an expert instructor, everyone is welcome!

Beginners Pilates: beginner and educational Pilates class teaching you the foundations of core strength.

When: Every Monday

Where: The Sir Doug Ellis Woodcock Sports Centre, Aston University, Woodcock St, Birmingham B4 7ET

Time: 12-1pm

No equipment needed, just turn up and give it a go!
