Try before you buy!

Societies are the ultimate way to meet other BCU students and make friends at university. To give you the best opportunity at finding the right societies for you, we're hosting Give it a Go month to trial any society.

I'm new to university, what do I do?

  1. Check out society events (workshops, meet-ups and socials) on our What's On page
  2. Give it a Go - attend events and meet other society members
  3. Follow on socials. All our societies are student-led, the best way to contact them and find out about future events might be on social media

Society committees, we need you to:

  1. Plan events! Socials, meet-ups, talks, workshops, classes or anything else
  2. Organise with your Activities & Representation Team Coordinator
  3. Upload your events to our What's On page.
  4. Download our Give it a Go banner for your event image (see below)
  5. Promote your event on socials. Tag us and we'll try and reshare
