AERIAL CIRCUS - ‘Dangle, Drop & Fly’

Always wanted to run away with the circus? Well, now is your chance. Try your hand at aerial hoop and silk. 

Hoop, a very popular piece of aerial apparatus, can be used static, spinning, or swinging. Silk, the most romantic of the aerial arts, will see you dropping, posing and climbing in combinations. This session will develop skills, strength and flexibility, and don’t worry if you’ve never done it before, we are very experienced in starting people off! 

For those with experience, we will focus on more complicated transitions, linking moves together, finding shape and style. 

By the end of the session you will all be flying, whatever your level, whatever your ability. 

Don't worry if you are nervous about heights, we start off close to the ground and you can go up as high as you feel comfortable as you progress.

Bring along a bottle of water and wear comfortable clothing!
