GiveBack 2020

This December may be very different from the usual. As we come to the end of 2020 we want to give you a chance to take something positive from this year and help make a real difference.
Tuesday 01 December 2020 midnight - 11:59pm Online

GiveBack 2020 is an initiative by Giving Tuesday UK to help you take something positive from 2020 and make a difference at the same time.

It’s a chance for us to come together (however we can) to GiveBack to the charities who have supported us, our families and our communities throughout the pandemic – delivering meals to families isolating, checking in on people living alone and finding new ways to provide services to people who were already in need before the crisis. With charity shops closed and fundraising events cancelled it’s estimated charities will be facing a £10billion funding gap.

They have given us so much this year, now it’s our chance to GiveBack and we all have something to give.

GiveBack 2020 on Giving Tuesday, 1st December 2020, is our chance to come together in a moment of international gratitude and generosity and a great way for BCU students to do something to help our charities survive.

Follow @yourbcusu on Instagram for tips of how you can give back - even without any spare cash!

Thank you to our students and teams getting involved!
