It is an opportunity for you to have general questions answered like how to apply for council tax discounts, how to pay for utility bills, where to look for accommodation, when to look for next year’s accommodation,  some do’s and don’ts, what happens to your deposits, how should you report maintenance issues with your landlords, etc.
