Discussion Topic

Life was much simpler, when Apples and Blackberries were just fruits.

This disucssion will be about the conscious use of technology. Appreciating that it is more a digital world externally but to be aware that internally not to be absorbed by technology to the point where we ignore our internal needs.

Guest Speaker

Jaymin Patel from Birmingham Pandava Sena will be leading the dicussion.
