The Debating society is for everyone and anyone who likes a good argument, the ability to debate is a brilliant skill to have, enbaling you to breakdown and examine in detail what someone has said whether it be a politician or your mate and also in improvisation.

All topics are open for debate, in a format of one person arguing in favour and one against with a membership audience asking questions. Also you can develope analytical and critical thinking skills which can help improve your university work and general outlook on life.

And of course also having fun along the way and meeting new people.
