About The BCU Dance, Fitness & Aerobics Team

Dance Fitness is an effective, total-body conditioning workout that helps you feel great, look terrific and bring new energy to your life. It blends aerobics, jazz,hip-hop and many more movements into fun dance/aerobic routines set to new music.


Dance fitness really is for anyone at any fitness level as all the exercise routines can be adapted to your own level. You will be shown high & low impact versions of the routines trhat are suitable for complete novices, even if you have never done a keep-fit class in your life! 
 
It’s a non-competitive fully inclusive workout that captures up to date trends in dance, music, and fitness.

MONDAYS 6PM - 7PM LOUNGE NORTH CONFERENCE SUITE (by the bar!)
