The Advice Team is a professional service always here to help you resolve your problems.

University support

The University's Mental Health and Wellbeing Team provide practical support for students with emerging or diagnosed mental health difficulties.

You can contact them to: book an appointment; register for a mental health assessment; or access the their Counselling Service through the website, or by calling 0121 331 5188. 

If you feel at risk of harm, are being harmed, or you are worried about someone, the University has staff who can help you. Use Report and Support to log a safeguarding concern.

BCU's Mental Health support 

 

Togetherall

Togetherall offer a 24/7 online community for students to share their feelings and support each other. You can access this anonymous service for free by registering with your student email. Join Togetherall
