BCUSU Champions
With less than 200 days to London 2012 Olympics here at Birmingham City Students' Union we are getting very excited. A team has been put together as part of the NUS Be a Champion scheme to work on events to get everyone just as excited about the Olympics. You can stay up to date with all Olympic information by joining the BCUSU Champions group on Facebook and @BCUSUChampions on Twitter.

We are looking for a range of people to help run the events and organize them. You will need to be available to meet on a Monday 6pm each week. The roles that are available are:
Digital Marketing - In this role the person will actively create content for all our social media pages. This will range from creating articles for the BCU SU homepage where you will create articles promoting our events to updating Facebook, Twitter on a regular basis with information on London 2012. You will have the opportunity to grow the social media pages as no one currently is aware of its existence.
Operations - In this role the person will support the event management by liaising with student groups, help logistical map out events as well as assist in running the events.
Creative - In this role you will be required to create all the artwork for all the events that we are organizing. Examples of what you may end up creating are listed below:
Logo's
Posters
Flyers
Possibly a website
