Welcome to BCU’s reimagined Film & TV Society!

What’s better than kicking up and enjoying a good old comfort Film or Show in the evenings to bring a long day to a close?

At the Film & TV Society we are dedicated to bringing more people together by the common ground of the big screen, whether it’s a short TV series or movies from around the world, this society will cover all of it. We are building a wonderfully inclusive and diverse space to welcome all of those who are thinking of joining in.

Our committee is led by four thoroughly passionate students all from Film, Animation and Media Courses looking to share a memorable experience amongst our society members!

We will be bringing to you a year’s worth of activity-packed and content-filled fun consisting of:

•          Quiz Nights (featuring everyone’s favourite: Kahoot)
•          Themed movie nights (for Hallowe’en & Christmas)
•          International movie nights (looking into new parts of the world every time)
•          Cinema trips
•          Musical Karaoke nights
•          DVD swaps
•          Making of short films
•          Movie Debates

And many more exciting planned events to come!

Our membership fee is just £3 for the whole year, with additional special events during the year open to discounted ticket entry for members only! So come along to our weekly sessions hosted at the Curzon building starting from the 28^th October.
