Welcome to BCU Bengali Society!

Looking for good food and a great time??
Join BengSoc!

Whether you are living away from home, a British Bengali or just someone who loves the culture we welcome you all.

We love hosting events and make sure to have multiple throughout the year. Its a great chance to make friends, try something new and participate in activities.
Many of our events are in collaboration with other University Societies so our events attract people from different cultures and backgrounds.

We always have something going on so if you're looking for a chance to relax, make amazing friendships and a place that feels homely, you are in the right place!!

This society is holding online elections to choose their new committee for the 2025-2026 academic year. Any paid member can apply for a committee position that interests them, and all paid members will also be able to vote for their preferred candidates
