University Services

  • The University Mental Health and Wellbeing Team will be operating remotely, online and by telephone.
  • To access University support call 0121 331 5188 or for more information including other organisations that can support your mental health visit Mental Health on iCity.
  • Financial advice is also available via the University, and can be accessed via Finance and Money Matters advice on iCity.
  • Students who are in financial hardship can apply for the University Hardship Fund and Short term loans. All applications will be considered digitally with more information available via Finance Support on iCity
  • The Centre for Academic Success is still available if you need any help or advice about academic skills.  You can book an email tutorial here.  They also have a daily chat service (availble weekdays, from 10am until 4pm) where students can ask any questions about academic skills e.g. referencing, report writing, programming, maths etc. You can chat with their friendly staff here.  They also have a Moodle page here and a resource page where you can access materials, here.
