We host regular socials to give parents and carers a safe space to discuss the issues that effect us all, and progress towards our long-term campaign to Elevate the Parent and Carer Experience. By getting your free membership, you'll be added to our mailing list and be kept up to date with events and activities!
We're committed to elevating the Parent and Carer Experience at Birmingham City University. We've done this so far by community building, hosting themed parties for anybody with a dependant to come and get involved to, alongside working with Union staff such as the Vice President of Equity and Inclusion to lobby for a more appropriate breastfeeding space on campus.
Our Society is a Protected Society, which means we never close down, are free to join and are funded by your Students' Union for our events and activities.
This is because we represent a key demographic of Birmingham City University, and are recognised by the National Union of Students as part of their Liberation Campaign.
