Then this is exactly what you need!

BCUSU Women's Fitness aims to empower all females to achieve their own goals when it comes to getting fit in a friendly, comfortable environment. 

Whether you want a killer bod, to get into better shape or just want to meet new girls then join the new movement that is BCUSU Women's Fitness!

This is open to females only, whether you are already part of a society or sports team or if you’re completely new to the SU.

Our mission is to get our girls working hard, having fun and getting fit! 

Sessions will be lead by a fully qualified and insured trainer who will provide a variety of exercises, circuits, and fitness games.

£30 for the year. Free if you are already a member of a BUCS or non-BUCS sports society. Membership gives you access to all other BCU Active sessions
